health survey

i just noticed on the madellion app that the health survey is no longer shown .all guest will still have to fill out prior to getting on board right ? if so will it show up again closer to sail dates does anyone know .

Don't believe there is a health survey now. When we went on November 13, I forgot to fill it out and was never asked for it.

That is correct did not have to fill out within 24hours and did not have to show covid vaccine proof.

When we got to the pier and the agent checked us in, she had a sign which she produced asking if we had been ill or were experiencing any symptoms (don't quote me on the verbiage).     We answered "no" to both questions and we were on our merry way.

Currently on a cruise and didn’t have a health survey in the app before we boarded. When we boarded last Sunday they just asked if we had experienced any Covid symptoms or if we had been exposed.

Same with our 30 Sep British Isles cruise - we were never given one and never asked for one.

If you’re on an enhanced voyage, you’ll see the wellness check on the App.

We also just took the Ruby Princess for a Christmas cruise and the health form was never brought up.
