There are food choice on the lido deck just no buffet tacos burgers and salads and ice cream cones the latter has a fee for it.

The IC, princess live bar, in the buffet pastry aisle which does not have ice and I was on the sky this past January it was also listed in the letters at the Catch restaurant in the am which is deck 7 mid.

I agree choose your own hotel for both of those ports I've been out of both and would not book princess transportation to the port just take an uber or taxi or some hotels have packages you can book which include transfer to the port. When we went out of San Pedro we flew into lax and stayed at a Marriott brand hotel in Torrance with a mall across the street which was convenient for last minute shopping. We took uber to the hotel and port.

I have been on the Caribbean princess twice last was a year ago and cruise with princess regularly. Did not have any problems with the cabin including bathroom and air conditioner. The food is usually very good in the dining room and you will have a dedicated area for dining with reserve class. I think you will enjoy a more peaceful cruise on princess compared to Royal those short cruises out of port Canaveral are mostly party ships and full of kids.

I work in a restaurant as a server and do not like guests who show up within minutes of closing usually the kitchen is already closing down so we push for them to order right away and service is rushed so I cam understand where the staff is coming at when you get people showing up at the end of service.

If you do get off I would suggest taking a princess sponsored excursions and if you walk thru a straw market no eye contact and just keep on walking.😀

Bring one of those mirrors that are on a base and tall enough those usually are magnified on one side I just pack it in between clothes. The lighting should be good enough as previous poster said desk in balcony rooms are by the balcony.

11 am isn't too early for a dirty banana! I have to wait until November 30th for mine. As for check in since I have been elite I have not had to sit in terminal before boarding usually arrive around 10:30-11 am and after security and check in with my medallion in hand just keep on walking onto the ship so I've not got to partake of the elite suite area.

My cvp lives in Florida and is always available if I need help with a booking I'm glad I don't need to call one of those call centers in the Philippines if I have an issue.

I bring a small bedside fan battery operated have never had it taken at security I have read on here someone had theirs taken but it sounded like it may have been a larger fan.

If they are going to do 3/4 night cruises out of Florida I hope it's port Canaveral which is half the distance compared to PE.😊

I have not seen that drink on any bar menus on board and have not had it on board but back in the day I did have quite a few of them. I'm sure you can ask for it the bartender should know how to make it and I'm guessing it should be under the plus amount if not just pay the difference.😊

Maybe princess is planning to take reservations for I'm all us due to what I've heard is that it's a small venue and with so many having a package it's going to be hard to get a table for dinner hopefully they will at least open for lunch on sea days.

I have a booking on the Sun this November and O'Mallys has been available in the dining part of the app but still can't make any reservations for dining yet even though I'm elite I read on here only bookings thru May are able to book times.

I purchased the sport wrist holder on board I should know what deck I was just on the Sky in January but it's the Ocean now area where they sell various holders for your medallion which it does come with a holder to wear around your neck. The watch type was only 12:00 although the price may have gone up. If you live in the US or Canada order the medallion for home delivery to get on ship faster. Also after final payment make dining room reservations on the app. Hopefully you've already downloaded the app where you can input all the necessary info.

I would arrive by 10:30 at port everglades dropping of luggage is quick but you will be waiting in a long line depending on how many are picking up their medallions at the port as soon as you get on take the elevator up to the sanctuary you may have a wait there as well good luck.😀

Yes you can get plus or premium added on embarkation day no need to go to guest services there will be crew in the area to add it for you or I believe you can do it in the app once on board. It will still be 60 or 80 a day and will come off your obc first then your credit card on file.

Same for me I was on the discovery October 2022 and it was still considered the inaugural year with white medallions.

I cruise solo and suggest you book your nightly dinner reservation and select shared table that way you are more likely to get a shared table than if you go with no reservations that had been my experience on princess.

After dropping off luggage a short t walk will be uncovered the line to get into the building is covered with an overhang I suppose if it were raining really bad you might get wet suggest wind breaker jacket with hood. Hopefully it will be nice and sunny for your embark.😊

I saw the original rendering and it showed a coffee maker in all cabins but now it's just in suites which is fine with me I have plus booked for my first Sun cruise so why would I make my own coffee when I can have it made and delivered to the cabin a little time to wait but I'm fine with that.😊
