Disney Wish - salon all booked - any options to get an appt?

The salon is all booked up EVERY SINGLE DAY.  Is there a way to still get an appointment?  Waitlist? Due to cancellations? Where do I go and when?  Do I keep checking online every day or go on the ship when I board?

I guess it's different than the other ships, because on them you can't book online at the salon, only once onboard after 1:00 on boarding day.

 

I do know that there is a waiting list once onboard, if everything fills up.  At least on the other ships.

 

If you can book salon appointments online, it's not a bad idea to check it once or twice (a day) to see if anything opens up before your cruise.
