Are kayaks/paddleboards free in Blue Lagoon?

Did Blue Lagoon earlier in the year and the paddleboards, kayaks, etc... were free for the taking to be used in the lagoon.  Is this still the case?  My daughter (22) wanted to do kayaks/snorkeling in CocoCay but it is sold out.  Was thinking a trip to Blue Lagoon may be a good substitute for them if those activities are included.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.
