Yes.  It is broken down - no colour coding - it simply says OBc - X

and non refundable OBC - x.

It doesn’t take much to do the math if you check it daily (which I do).

How do they differentiate?  I don’t work for HAL but they know which OBC is refundable and which is not.  It’s the first thing I check when I am on board and settling - make sure all the OBC I should have is there.  And I usually have both and yes, I could see they are still using non refundable first.

In the old days it did show as “on board credit - not used for casino or cash” but you never knew how much of each you had left.  Now you do - at least I did on my cruise.

Thank you.  HAL clearly differentiating between the refundable and nonrefundable OBC in the planner is a good move for passengers.

On our cruise last month on the NA they showed refundable and non refundable amounts.  I too check every day, especially day one to confirm that the OBC is correct.

Is Shareholder OBC refundable or non? How about travel agent OBC?

Non refundable for shareholders.  I believe the ta would be refundable.  I had both on my last cruise.  When they posted the daily crew incentive my non refundable amount went down while the refundable stayed the same.  Pretty easy to tell the non refundable was being used without getting an affidavit from the front desk.

Shareholder is nonrefundable.

Travel agent OBC is typically refundable but not always. It depends where the TA pulls the OBC from. Example; If it's from discounted group bookings that might be non-refundable. Best to ask the TA since many of us are placed in group bookings without even knowing.

One customer service rep said it would be added before January 31 and another one said it would be added on January 31.  Don't know why they have to wait.

This is exactly what my PCC told me. Guess we will just have to wait and see.
