No excursion...

My friend and I are going on MaS for a quick weekend getaway, and we're not really interested in any of the excursions. I don't think there are any ships in port at the same time as us, so I know the port area will be empty. Is there any easy way to find a cab to Port Lucaya Marketplace? Neither of us really want a day pass to a resort, and she doesn't want to swim with the piggies, so I'm hoping that's an option. Has anyone here done something like this before? We're going in February.

There will be cabs available once you walk through the building separating the ship from the island.

The shared taxis (usually vans) at the port cost $6ow/$12rt per person to Port Lucaya Marketplace. Considering the ride is nearly a half hour, this is a really good value. A non-shared taxi would run over $40 each way.
