Upgrade Program?

New to Holland America.  Is there an upgrade program similar to Royal Caribbean Royal Up where you can bid for an upgraded cabin?

3.  Have deck plan

4.  Be ready to make a decision (calling back after checking w/the spouse may mean not available anymore)
