Question about wedding onboard - planning

My friend wants to get married on an X ship and we were wondering if it matters if she books her cruise thru a TA vs directly with X as far as having the ability to plan the wedding onboard. If she books directly, do they offer a discount for a certain number of cabins? Possibly not relevant bc I don’t think she will require that many. TIA.

Here is a mini-brochure regarding onboard weddings which lists prices for the various services that can be provided.  The brochure is dated 2020 so today's pricing may be different.  There is no information on cabin pricing.

My own opinion regarding a wedding on board would be to deal direct with Celebrity, and not a TA.
