Onboard credit questions

Hi all - I have an obc from both my travel agent and Ncl.  Rather than wait to purchase dining and wifi onboard I’d prefer to do it in advance and pay for it if some of the onboard credit was to be refundable.  How can I tell or find out if an obc is refundable if unused?  If one is refundable and one isn’t, would the non refundable go towards initial purchases so I can get back the refundable portion?

Since you utilized a travel agent, they should be able to clarify which you have.

But, in either case OBC is exactly that (ONBOARD use), and NOT usable for pre-cruise purchases!

If you do not use all of your REFUNDABLE OBC, Guest Services onboard will give you cash back on the Final Sea Day.
