Specialty dining

Is specialty dining by reservation only or do they take walk ups?  I do have a reservation for Eden on Apex but am undecided on any others.

They will take walkups depending on availability.

Walk up acceptance at dinner is unlikely.  They need to know how many servers are needed at each venue ahead of the beginning of service.  You might have luck at the sushi venue especially at lunch.  The other restaurants might seat you but prepare to be turned away
