Transfer booking from NCL to travel agent

"IMPORTANT: Bookings may be transferred to a Travel Agent up to 14 days from creation, if the request is made outside of Final Payment period. For new reservations booked within final payment period, that are paid in full, transfer requests can be processed if the request is received within 7 or less days of final payment application. If the transfer request involves a change in currency, we cannot accommodate a transfer. If your reservation meets the required criteria and you would like to transfer your reservation, please complete this form. Transfer request must be sent by one of the guests on the reservation to Norwegian. When emailing the form to us at Dispatch@ncl.com, please copy your travel partner for their reference."

If you are still outside the Final Payment period but more than 14 days from creation, there's nothing to stop  you from cancelling and rebooking with the TA directly.  Check fares and promos.

Thanks. My relative booked for 40 people and when she got the invoice the price was wrong sailing and the people listed on the reservation were not the ones she booked for. She called and they said they would correct it. They now have the correct booking but still have several people on the reservation that were not with her group. Does anyone have an email address of someone she could contact that is above the rep she is dealing with so this can get corrected. This is a large booking for them to keep getting it wrong.

That’s too bad, I had a few times came across a NCL agent who just didn’t seem to get it. But that’s why a Travel Agent should ne double and triple checking everything, I was doing a group and same thing, the NCL agent messed up not only the names but put the 8 year old as the second lead in name and put the other adult as the 3rd person. I caught it but it would of been a pain to fix on embarkation day.
