On board credit non refundable

What exactly can I use this credit for? Duty free? Up charges on wine over $15? A dinner at Cagney’s? 
I’m trying to decide when and where to use it.  
Am I correct in understanding that I can’t use it in advance? To pay for an excursion or upgraded internet?

It can be applied to almost anything except the DSC. You don’t select where to use it. It is a credit on your account that is used up as you charge things on board.

I used mine for duty free, t-shirts, drinks over $15 and Starbucks coffee. It is a credit on your account and just gets used up as you charge things to your account. You can check on the balance daily on your tv.
