They do not want q's posted in the main thread, so I apologize for starting a new one. We are sailing on the Reflection on Mar 12th and got the move up email yesterday (seems early)

We are now in a Sky Suite 2 and every suite level above us was open for bidding. Even the Reflection Suite - min bid was like 7K per person.

Anyway my question is - does the minimum bid change once the cruise gets closer?  Right now it looks like the min. bid  for the Royal is 2K per person and for the PH 3K per person.

Not sure if I can properly answer, just my current experience...  I have a Beyond cruise very soon, I'm booked for a SV.  The minimum bid up to a Sky Suite has started $1000pp and has not changed.   As of last week there were still 25+ Sky suites available...  Not sure if it helps, but that is my current experience.

While not common I have seen both the minimum and Maximum bids decrease after initially being released.    I was checking out a bid only to find my Bid was higher than the Maximum bid.   I changed my bid to a number below max and ended up winning the bid.

Most of the time it remains the same.
