I’m around a month out from sail date for a cruise on Reflection (CC stateroom) purchased last summer when the Indulge Package was still available, which was purchased. Even now, having received checkin paperwork, neither the premium drinks package nor premium WiFi included in Indulge are reflected in my account on the website or in the app. For those of you who have cruised with the Indulge Package, is this cause for concern or can I assume this is normal and that it will be taken care of no later than time of boarding? You can call them on an automated line and order a new up to date one emailed to you within minutes. I would trust this over the site or app to be correct. Rare prmssk Posted December 30, 2022 #3 Share Posted December 30, 2022 I don’t think I’ve ever seen the Wi-Fi or drink package shown somewhere in the app. The two places I have been able to confirm what I have is in the order history on the website (although it’s not always listed there) or through the codes listed on the invoice. And with the beverage package your boarding pass will show PALL (premium alcohol package) or CALL (classic alcohol package). Rare Host Anne Posted December 30, 2022 #4 Share Posted December 30, 2022 Have you looked at our cruise booking confirmation that you should have received when you booked the Indulge package? It will be listed there. I always bring a copy of that confirmation with me as Celebrity's app and website don't necessarily include these details for some reason. Did you book through Celebrity or a TA? If a TA, you can call them and ask them for your booking confirmation that gives these details if you don't already have one. I've never booked directly with Celebrity (or any cruise line for that matter) so if I have any issues, I've always gone back to my TA. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Shep_Proudfoot Posted December 30, 2022 Author #5 Share Posted December 30, 2022 In response to a couple of inquiries, I dug up an invoice provided with an email at some point, booked directly from Celebrity. I see codes for TDL3 and YVY2-I am pretty sure these are the related codes as they have descriptions that seem related to internet and drinks, also INDULGE NRD is shown as an applicable code as well. I think I am fine, just that, for whatever reason, the site/app don’t show these purchases in plain English like they do with the purchased shore excursions & premium dining package, or available OBC, so it’s a bit confusing. We had prepaid for the Drinks and More package, that included the minibar and a Casino Credit. By the time the cruise came around that package was removed. When we got on board the ship, our Seapass also didn't reflect the correct package (I would make sure to check your seapass when you get on board). But we went to the Customer Service desk on the Apex, and it took about 3mins and she printed new Seapasses with the correct drink package, and confirmed with team that maintains the minibars in the rooms ours would be cared for. No other problems with the drink package the whole cruise. On a few occasions the bar tenders had no idea what drink package we had, but we never got charged for anything extra.
