George Town, Grand Cayman excursion

My family is interested in snorkeling with stingrays and the cruise excursion is already booked. Was wondering if anyone has used Viator or any other company for this excursion and what your thoughts are? Do they provide transportation and are you back in time for port call? I will be here Jan 11 on NCL PRIMA. Times are 10-6 not sure yet what time we actually have to be back on ship. Any advice greatly appreciated.
