I only got $320 back

Well, I never thought it was possible but I cancelled a cruise last week and instead of the $500 I only got $320 back. Two weeks later I called and they said it was a mistake. I just got a full refund. Just to let you know in case it happens to u

Refundable?  Covered by insurance?  Details do matter.

it was refundable and I didn't have insurance, sailing was in 8 months.

We had a similar situation. We had to cancel a cruise in August because my daughter had Covid, and we were still under the Cruise with Confidence. Royal shorted us about a $1000 in FCC. Travel agent caught it as soon as she saw it, emailed them and then magically the realized they made a mistake. I honestly think it’s purposeful. My travel agent had several clients that were shorted $$ and FCC.
