Ovation - some queries

Hi. I’m new to cruising with Seabourn and have a couple of queries that I am hoping someone can help with.

 

Do the suites come with a proper hairdryer or is it one of those attached to the wall with little power?

 

Are the suites equipped with tea and coffee making equipment such as a kettle, cups etc ( I’m an early riser and I am hoping to enjoy a cuppa whilst my husband enjoys his snooze)

The hairdryer is in a drawer but isn’t very powerful and I have short hair! And no, no kettle or anything else unless you are in a top suite. We take a travel kettle but put it away as you are not supposed to have them! We never leave it unattended.

In the premium suites, the hair dryer is located in the closet.  I use it at the vanity.  I would call it medium sized and adequate.  The premium suites also have a coffee maker (it may be a nespresso).   The Ovation bar has early riser coffee and small danish at 6:15am but I’ve found they are usually ready before then.  I think the Square also opens at 6:15am.

The hair dryer is adequate for me--and I have long hair.  There are no kettles/coffee makers due to them being a fire hazard.  Please don't bring one and then hide it.  Not a good thing to do.  You can order coffee to arrive (even a carafe of it) at any hour you choose.  We order the night before and it arrives on time.  You can also go to the Observation Bar as early as 6am for coffee/tea/pastries.  No need to make your own tea/coffee in your suite.
