Flight Ease How To Check Airline Flights

Recommended Posts

I logged into my Holland America Account for my booked cruise.  I clicked the look up flights, but I can't access this information.  Do I need to call Flight Ease or my travel agent? Hoping I might be able to get a better United fare than on the United website.  It is a domestic  one way post cruise flight. Worth trying? Thanks.

Hank, thank you for the information.  Our cruise is the end of February.  We just booked it in the last few days.  I am wondering of I should call Flight Ease or my travel agent to get an airline price quote?  I am not able to look up flights on Holland America's website when logged into my account.

HAL's website can be a challenge, especially on the weekends. You could try again but I would email the TA and have them get the quote.

@Suncitycruiser1925What happens when you try to get into Flight Ease?  Do you get an error message?  If so, please post it here and we may be able to help you.  For whatever reason, the Flight Ease website has problems that have gotten better recently but is still far from perfect.

I do not get an error message.  When I click on Flight Ease - check flights on Holland's website when I am logged in and pull up my booking, it just takes me back to the welcome screen to book spa treatments, pay for beverage packages, etc., and those links work fine. I did check with our travel agent and got  a price on a United flight and it was the same price that I got myself on United's Website and 3rd party booking sites.  About $350 per person for a one way flight.  Thank you.
