Guest relation on hold for a long wait time…. Dont give up

We waited on the phone for over 3 hrs to talk to a guest relations agent regarding our cruise credit for days of isolation during a 2022 cruise…Patience paid off, our credit should be issued in 24/48 hrs…and I got a case number for reference….

Actually I’m lying, I do deal with Telus for my land line and you are correct.  It’s a long wait, maybe an hour.  They were supposed to change some wiring in my condo so my land line would continue to work.  I booked an appointment and took the entire day off of work.  Idiots never showed.  I told them they can shove their phone when it stops working.  It was supposed to stop working in April or may 2022. It’s still working.  I guess we all have our waiting games.

I waited on hold for 5 hours after my Christmas Eve flight to Mexico was cancelled. I was on hold with  Red Tag, the on line agent for Air Miles. Brutal.
