I am scheduled for the trip to Mexico on the 29th. Dolphin deck mid ship CC mini suite. D415 and 417. The  balcony is uncovered? and is looked down upon by everyone above. Too late to make changes, but looking for opinions and any advice…

What has been your experience….

thanks!!!

Yes, the balconies are larger than some, however completely uncovered. You might be able to make some changes, depending on how full the ship is. You could call your TA. We always book at least a partially covered and a large balcony and prefer aft, not midship.

In November I spent 20 days on Diamond in a mini on Dolphin and loved it.  We used our balcony a lot and never had an issue with the feeling of people looking into our balcony ( we  aren’t that interesting 😂).  Most people are busy doing their own thing or looking at the ocean rather than other people’s balcony. We have also sailed on other Princess ships with the fully exposed balcony and it doesn’t bother us at all.

The only issue we had was on very hot days it would get too warm to sit outside at times.
