Animal rescues?

I'd love to get to see monkeys and sloths up close, but want to be sure it's animal-friendly, maybe more of a rescue type place and not an unhealthy environment for the animals. 

 

Does this exist?

I'm interested in the same thing. I read that sloths become anxious when held. So I decided not to the sloth and monkey excursion.

My perspective is anyplace willing to allow random strangers to handle animals is in no way doing it for the good of the animal.  So no, there is not healthy sloth place on the island. 

 

My preferance is to view aniamls in their own environment. I have seen sloth in Bocas Del Torom monkey and tigers in India.. and one day I will get to Africa.
