Which one to visit please ? - Frigate , South Friars or Cockleshell

Arriving on a cruise ship for the day and have managed to narrow it down to 3 beaches that all look lovely - we just want to relax and swim for the day - would be interested to hear which you recommend please ?

Personal recommendation is a Day Pass at The Marriott

We have been to Cockleshell Beach. It was a great time and the snorkeling was great.
