Red bar is nice watching the comings and goings in the atrium down below ,but can get busy at times .

Joking aside, The Exchange can be quiet unless there is a sporting event being shown on TV and you don't mind the juke box. However, during November last year there was quite often a quiz at 7.00pm. You may find the Glass House as a good option.
