Insureme4 - anyone used this company?

In UK, looking on 'payingtoomuc'h website and seen this company advertised, 'insureme4". Has anyone had any experience of them?

Just a quick look at their website, it appears to me that they are more centralized towards commercial business coverage rather than individual. But, that was just a quick look.

I have long been puzzled at what sometimes happen across the "pond."  On this side of the pond, when we buy most insurance, the companies are licensed in the various States, have a real home address, phone number, financial rating (often by Best), can be checked out with the Better Business Bureau (an independent organization) etc and almost always have 1 or more web sites with lots of information about the company and its policies.  Most smaller companies are underwritten by huge insurance companies that are well-known in the insurance world.  

 

But when I simply do a search on the Internet for "insureme4 travel insurance" I get very few results other than some references in a few blogs.  Just wondering?

My wife and I have been using this company for a multi-trip travel insurance. For the first time ever my wife had an accident when skiing in France in March 2024 and the insurance company was simply extraordinary. Everything was organised from the hospital in Bourg-Saint-maurice in the Alps, to the repatriation flight from Geneva after operation for her broken hip, all transport by ambulance and even an hotel bedroom for me near the hospital, before being flown back to UK. Ambulance waiting at Manchester airport and taking us to our home and even paramedics carrying my wife into the living room !!. They had send a paramedic from Manchester to France to take care of all problems that could have occurred. Fantastic. I could not thank and recommend them enough.
