In addition to checking the roll call for your cruise, once on board, check the Daily Program. On a long cruise such as yours, it is likely it will be listed as a scheduled activity. There will be a reserved time for use of the court. 

Bring your own paddle! From what I have read from others, you will be happier with your own.
