Is Biggest Offer of the Year Sale Really Something Special?

Greetings,

Thinking of booking a cruise for March, but my partner is traveling and I won't be able to get a firm commitment until tomorrow. Meanwhile the website says the sale they have right now is over at the end of the day. Are sales such as the one going on now "Biggest Offer of the Year" Sale really a savings? Or will it be basically the same with a small tweak here and there? Of course, inventory changes constantly, I get that. But does Celebrity typically end a sale only to start another one next day with the same prices?

This one has been going on for a long time.  Yes they frequently tweak the sale .
