What time is Early Traditional Dining on Serenade?

Also, what time does My Time start?  Is it 7:45?

According to the current sailing on the app, Traditional is 5 and 7:45 pm

 

MTD starts at 6:30. I have never seen any ship with MTD starting at 7:45pm. Most are 6:30-6:45

 

Do you know how to find this info on the app?
