Is CLT---->SJU an International flight?

Just wondering about any airport lounge access in Charlotte and Miami.  I think there are a couple I could get into with a first class international flight boarding pass.  So is mainland US flying to San Juan considered an international flight?

Hello! Flights from the States to any PR airports including SJU are considered domestic flights. You don't go through customs or immigration. Just make sure to pass through the US Dpt. of Agriculture checkpoint if leaving back from SJU as you can't bring fruits to the States.
