Shore excursions

For Jost Van Dyke it’s easy. It’s a small island with about 300 full time residents. We are part time residents there.

Unless you’re looking for a scuba or snorkel excursion, no need to book anything.

Take a taxi to White Bay ($5/pp/each way) from the tender dock and enjoy the array of lovely beach bars and the beautiful beach. Soggy Dollar Bar, Gertrude’s, Coco Loco, Seddys and Ivan’s. Wonderful food and drink! Have a painkiller!

Or walk over to Foxys Bar in Great Harbour from the tender dock and hit up some of the bars along the way. Not much of a swimming beach in Great Harbour.

if you’d like to taxi to the other side of the island to see the Bubbly Pool ( where the Caribbean and Atlantic converge into a bubbly swimming hole), it’s $25/pp/each way.

This is a picture I took a couple of weeks ago of white bay. Happy to help with any other questions.
