Quick help needed on booking

I am in the process of booking a cruise online. Where can I see whether the deposit is refundable vs. nonrefundable?  I have walked through the steps several times and cannot find that information specified. 

 

This is for one of the "Early Booking Bonus" cruises with the HIA + gratuities and price adjustment. It's a good deal but nothing I can see about the deposit itself other than the amount....

Just a suggestion.  What about putting it on hold and then calling.  You can go through the booking process and at the end it gives you the option to hold, or put a deposit down.  Just an idea.

Yeah, I put it on hold. I just hate waiting hours on the phone....  I am fully booked during work hours. Are they open on weekends?

Yes, the general number is.  If you use a PCC no.  And, if you book online the PCC will not help you.  I typically put it on hold and then send my PCC an email that I want her to take it over.

I just remembered that the hold should generate a booking confirmation.  Perhaps the booking confirmation will indicate whether it is refundable or not.  You will probably need to look at the cancellation schedule to figure out.

The deposit for the HIA price ("Best Value") is refundable. The "Best Price" or "Cruise Only" fare ( ie, no HIA) has a non refundable deposit and states that in the fine print.
