Long Bay Beach or Lambert beach

Wish I could give you a strong opinion about one or the other but I have not snorkled or swam at either although I have been to both. Both are beautiful, Lambert's is a crescent shaped and can have a strong undertow, where as Long Bay is a long straight beach. I am told LB is not a great swimming beach as it can be quite rocky just off shore.

Both beaches have a place to eat and drink. LB has the Long Bay Beach Resort and Lambert's has the Lambert's Beach Resort, opinions fill the range on the food and service at both. Sometimes you can catch Nathan's open on LB, it's toward the western end of the beach.

Personally, I would rather hang out and grab a burger or chicken sandwhich and cold beer at Nicole's located at Brewer's Bay or go to Joshia's Bay and the little beach bar there, but that's just me.
