Wondering if anyone who has done a cruise like this one has any suggestions for tours, etc..

Or is each port souks, mosques and desert?

Would appreciate any recommendations!

Also I realize that Dept. of State has Dubai at level 3.

Love Oceania but can use suggestions for this area   good or bad.

great place to visit...  Very safe - no issues

Dubai and Abu Dhabi -- safe many expats (in fact expats our number local citizens)

Oman is a lovely country - people are very friendly

Dubai -

Shopping at various malls from Emirates Mall (where you can ski) to the Burj Khalifa (take the elevator to the 124th floor) and the Dubai Mail

Dancing Fountains by the Dubai Mail

Spice Souk/market

Gold market

Dhow ride along the Dubai waterfront (dinner included)

Old Dubai - Dubai Museum and Heritage village

Great Beaches

and yes of course you can do a Desert Safari

Abu Dhabi --

Yes the Grand Mosque is a must see

You cab check Trip advisor for various tour companies.

Where else is it going to??

Muscat and Salalah are great stops

Fujairah -- great snorkeling

Doha is OK -- just something different as far as concrete modern cities are concerned.

Bahrain -- never found much to do when I am on business.

I second everything @PaulMCO said.  We were there in November 2022.  Muscat, Oman was great, as was Dubai.  Lots to see in Dubai.  Make reservations to see the Museum of the Future in Dubai. Dinner at the Dubai  Mall was great to see the dancing fountains.

Love this part of the world.

If you're wanting the traditional afternoon tea experience then the Burj Al Arab in Dubai or Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi are both excellent.

As mentioned above, the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi is also a must visit.

I'm a big fan of Muscat too - the souks have a biblical feel and some of the desert scenery is stunning. You'll be hassled a little bit when you exit the port by vendors wanting to take you on a tour, but just be firm and its fine once you're a little further down the promenade.

Not sure what Level 3 means but you'll be extremely safe in the UAE. Dubai is safer than London/Paris/New York, much cleaner and you'll receive far better level of service.
