salty dog gastropub bar - cover charge?

Can we sit at the bar at Salty Dog (Enchanted), just to order drinks, without the cover charge?  Or even walk up to get drinks then walk away?  Or is the whole venue an upcharge?  Thanks for any insight!

On our recent Discovery cruise we spent lots of time sitting at that bar, no cover.  It is just like any other bar and actually it had what we thought was the best selection of wines by the glass.  We are very disappointed in the Discovery and the Enchanted not having a Vines wine bar!

 

We will be on the Enchanted this coming November and will likely hang out there.
