That is because each ship has different wines according to availability.   It changes literally each cruise and can chsnge during a cruise.  You will have a chardonnay or 2, a sweeter white like a pinot grigio, a cab, merlot and likely a couple others plus a sparkling wine or two.

There are wine lists in the app under the various dining room, bars and restaurants.  The limit on the Classic package is $10 per glass.

 

As @Arizona Wildcatsaid what is available can vary by ship and sailing.

And just to add that even if you see a wine you like listed on their list, they may not actually have it in stock.  I experienced this first hand on a daily basis on both my X cruises in last year. Just roll with it.
