mbglib Posted February 17, 2023 #1 Share Posted February 17, 2023 Hi, I am trying to order Wifi for my upcoming cruise, but when I choose Medallion Net on the app, it shows choices, but no way to select them? I can touch the screen, but nothing happens. Also, I have looked for the method for buying wifi through the cruise personalizer online. It doesn't seem to be there any more. Please help me if you can. Thank you. Are you clicking on the 1 device or 4 device? You should select one of those and a prompt to pay for it. Don’t wait till the weekend, as you may get off shore agents. Either now or Monday after 6 am PT. Unless you have a TA/CVP. Email or call them. Reina del Mar Posted February 18, 2023 #6 Share Posted February 18, 2023 I had a similar problem where I was not shown the 50% Platinum discount. I asked the travel agent who said it was to be booked directly with Princess. Phoned Princess and they said they could not help but to do it first day aboard….in case of any issues I have screen shotted (is that a word ?) what I can see with the expectation of paying the pre boarding price less discount, as I have tried and am now following Princess’ instructions.
