Speciality Resturant's Reservations

When can you make your reservations for the speciality resturants? Can I call NCL now and make them? Once I make reservations, can I cancel or book for another night? I know I definately want to go to La tratorria I am sailing on the Spirit. THank you for your help;) :D

You can make your reservations immediately after boarding. Sorry, no reservations can be made prior to sailing. You can cancel a reservation without any problem as long as you do it before 5 pm of the day of your reservation. Any later, or if you simply don't show up, you will be charged a $5 penalty. Changing a reservation isn't a problem either, but it's probably subject to the $5 penalty if you do it too late (after 5 pm).

On the Jewel we made our reservations for Cagney's as soon as we got to our cabin and Mama's the same. We waited a few days to book Le Bistro. NMnita
