Problem logging into Princess

Can anyone help me. I seem to be locked out of Princess for past two days but just on my desktop. I can still access Princess medallion on my mobile.

Called Princess help but they were stumped.

A lot of boardies had this issue yesterday.  

 

Clear cookies and it should clear up.

I found that for months now I only had this issue when logged in under Firefox.  I would immediately log in with Chrome and I had no problems.

Try clearing your cache.

 

Try an incognito window.

I had to download Chrome also to be able to access my account on my laptop. Firefox and Safari both give me that message.  Now oddly my husband can access it with Firefox without any trouble.  Makes no sense.  Have had this problem for months now.  Chrome works fine.

I always use Firefox and have no problems.

Thanks Cruising Walter. After trying Safari and Chrome and clearing the cache earlier today I couldn't log in but your suggestion to use an incognito window worked!
