Rare shof515 Posted February 26, 2023 #2 Share Posted February 26, 2023 it depends on when the port is canceled if the port is canceled before you get onboard the ship, the refund is sent to the payment method you used like the credit card. if the port is cancelled when you are onboard the ship during the cruise, the refund is added to your onboard account as a refundable credit that you can use for other things onboard the ship 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
