Is it better to purchase insurance for the entire trip or insure the trips separately in the event we might not be able to take one of them but could take the other one.

If you take into consideration that the coverage dates you select would be the day you lock the front door until the moment you walk back into the house, this would be 1 trip.

If you break it up into 2 cruises, when does 1 trip end and the next begin?

You need to insure the trips as one trip from the dates you leave and return home.

How are claims handled if the initial deposit dates differ (booked 1 month apart)?

How are claims handled if you get sick and can only go on one of the cruises?
