Deck Names, not Numbers. Why?

What patient?  Totally disagree.  In some unknown catastrophe, with who knows how many responders trying to help some unknown number of persons, having illogical naming, not numbering, for decks would hamper wayfinding around the ship.  Pure and simple.

You can't account for every single thing that may happen.

Majestic also uses numbers only. I am so accustomed to hearing "Deck 12..Aloha" that when they just announce the number I say "Aloha.." or whatever. Too many Princess cruises....

We sailed Majestic and I am sure names were used. Current deck plan shows names.
