SteerageJoe Posted March 7, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 7, 2023 If you book a hotel in Cape Canaveral or Cocoa Beach, or visiting via cruise ship (terminals 1 and 3), you are never far from the Beach Trolley - Route 9. You do not need a car on the island! It is a cheap and efficient service to explore the area, visit the beach, shop for groceries and more. The official Transit Authority created a great video to show the trolley in action while visiting local hotspots such as Ron Jon’s etc. 4
egurbi Posted March 9, 2023 #2 Share Posted March 9, 2023 Thanks Steerage Joe. For those of us coming into CT10 for a day, are there any public transportation options? TIA.

There really needs to be some sort of shuttle out of there, or make it pedestrian friendly to get to the other side.

I don't see a way to make it pedestrian friendly (or allowed) since it involves going over a drawbridge. But there are plenty of taxis and Uber/Lyft drivers here.
