JessLCH Posted March 9, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 9, 2023 I know entertainment is bookable 21 days before cruise but I was told because I am Sapphire Latitudes I can book at the 25 day window. Yesterday was 25 days out and the entertainment options appeared available for me to select date and time but when I put them in my cart I get an error message. I called NCL 3x yesterday including tech help who said it was a technical issue and reported it. Nobody was able to book these for me since they experienced the same glitch. They keep telling me to keep trying. Just tried again, now 24 days out and same glitch. I was really hoping to take advantage of this jump start on booking but nobody seems to be able to help. Anyone else have this issue and how did you resolve it? Thanks.
hallux Posted March 9, 2023 #2 Share Posted March 9, 2023 (edited) I'm on the Escape in 10 days, my entertainment wasn't available to book until about14 days pre-cruise, and then only for the main theater show. I don't yet have status that allows me early booking options. Edited March 9, 2023 by hallux

Rare cruiseny4life Posted March 9, 2023 #4 Share Posted March 9, 2023 This happened to me. I used NCL chat and was able to get all my reservations....AFTER the agent told me one of my dinner reservations conflicted with a show reservation. You need 90 - 120 minutes after your dinner reservation in order to score entertainment reservations. NCL agent told me 90 minutes. A frequent (generally correct) Cruise Critic poster says 120 minutes. So, basically, check your dining reservations to see if they are conflicting. If not, then I suppose you are at the mercy of NCL's lovely IT Department. 1
