The Concierge has you meet at his/her desk about 45 minutes before the show starts.  You’re escorted via the “back elevator”, which is actually a service elevator, into Syd Norman’s.  It’s empty, so you have your pick of any seat in the house.

 

The downside, you have to sit there with nothing to do until the show starts.  The upside is you don’t have to wait in line by the front door.
