mochacruiser Posted March 11, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 11, 2023 Is there a way through the online site to pre-pay my gratuities after the booking has been completed? Have a promotion on my credit card that expires soon and was thinking of going back and adding the pre-paid gratuities to get us part of the way to the requirement but not seeing any way to do it. Thought I had done it before, but that may have been on NCL.
Rare DaKahuna Posted March 11, 2023 #2 Share Posted March 11, 2023 Not on the Web site that I am aware of but you can call, or have your TA call, and user your CC to pay them.

Fill in CC info and you should be good to go. Otherwise with TA as DaKahuna explains... ETA: the above assumes you booked a cruise only non-suite cruise...you may also need to wait a couple days if you *just* booked it because it takes X a few days to completely process your booking...it's a weird process... Thanks for the info. I couldn't figure this out. As of July 2024, the entry is under manage reservations (appears as a popup for me after logging in)> add-ons > gratuities. The link would not add gratuities to the right pane for payment due. It was because I had made final payment as you indicated. The TA could not correct it directly - she called Celebrity and in about 3 minutes I had a bill display under manage reservation page.
