Elegant dinner nights on 9 day Carnival "Spirit" Caribbean cruise

Does anyone know which of the 8 nights on a Caribbean cruise would be the Elegant Dinner nights?  Leaving 4/8 returning to Miami 4/16.  Thanks

Second night, and usually the 6th night but the second one can vary a little bit depending on the specific itinerary.

Elegant on Carnival?  Last cruise we3 did not even unpack our suit and evening dress as pax went to dinner in cut off jeans and wife beaters  Nothing elegant there

 

On again in 4 weeks and not even taking such clothes this time but long pants and a nice top  DH will have long pants and short sleeved shirt  and we will be over dressed if the cruise is the same as before
