First time in 20 years I've had Royal give a warning that a table for two may not be given.  I this new or we have just been lucky?

Never been our experiences. Where dis you see this warning?

the verbal warning was given when I called to reserve our C & A gifts.

I would just blow it off. The CAS doesn't have any control over the dining venues.

Last May on Enchantment of the Seas we booked last minute and couldn't get a table for two.  The head waiter was rather rude and stated he couldn't accommodate a table for two stating we booked too late.  We were stuck with a table of eight.  We tried the dining room for three nights and then ate at the Windjammer, or Izumi.  So that warning could be true......

I'm just off the Vision (b2b) and had no trouble getting a table for two for either cruise.

Book my time dining.  No problem getting a table for 2️⃣

Also just off Vision.  Lots of tables for two, but a lot are very close together, i.e., you are in spitting distance to the next door table for two.

Lot the 2 tops are 4 tops split apart, so yes many are close. Makes it easy to reach across and grab Salt and Pepper from table next to you
