How soon for check in and menu's on website/app

Hi all.  We are new to Princess, and the last time we cruised on a mainstream line, the check in process was done entirely at the port.  I would like to know how soon before the cruise one can start the process of "check in".  Also, how soon before the cruise (if at all) can one see the MDR menus on the App.  That will help determine whether we choose to go to Specialty Dining or not.    I was able to make MDR reservations already and also note dietary requirements.

You can start the check in process on the app more or less immediately after booking your cruise.

Normally, you can select a boarding time around 60 days out, although Princess do not strictly police these timings.

MDR menus are not available on the app in advance, but you can enter your dietary preferences.
