Car rental at Livorno port- unable to contact Sifra

I have rented a car from Sifra for pick up from the pier in Livorno before.  I am trying to rent a car again for November and I have

sent numerous availability requests/emails with no response.  Has anyone had any luck with recent rentals from Sifra?  They were wonderful in the past...
