Is the OBC refundable?

I confirm as well, that you can use your OBC to purchase the experience more packages, ONCE ON BOARD. I have a question, which I think I know the answer, but I thought I would ask it anyway. If you book back-to-back and it is under one reservation number, can you just buy one experience more package for the entire trip or must you buy a package for each leg of the trip?

I’m on hold now. In the past I’ve been able to select a call back . Not today. I guess I just need to hold. UGH!!

I have rented a car from Sifra for pick up from the pier in Livorno before. I am trying to rent a car again for November and I have sent numerous availability requests/emails with no response. Has anyone had any luck with recent rentals from Sifra? They were wonderful in the past...

It is a charter.

Voyager1964, we learned the hard way that you cannot use the OBC for tipping. We didn't realize you couldn't use the OBC until we got home and saw an additional charge on our credit cards for the amount we had tipped plus we lost out on the obc we thought we had used up.. Oh well, live and learn.

I'm curious to see how many people add a tip to their receipt when they sign out when dining in one of Azamara's specialty restaurants. We have always done so but wondering if that is the norm. Thanks!
