Silhouette Deck 3 room question?

We booked kind of late for an April cruise on the Silhouette. The room we booked is on Deck 3, & appears to be under the Casino. Do you think it will noisy there, at night?

What time does the casino close?

Deck 3 was one of our favorite places when we were doing ocean view cabins.  Close to the Passport bar to grab a drink for the room, near Guest Services, fun to join the Grand Foyer when there was entertainment and close to elevators in both directions.  We were never bothered by noises.

Because the casino is all carpeted, the noise factor should be minimal to non-existant.

Great location.  Very quiet.  The casino is carpeted.

There are lots of reviews under the cabin forum.

I've sailed in that area. Never had any issues with casino noise

Great location except for at the front , port side which is under the Disco.

I posted this exact message a little over a year ago when someone asked about the OV cabins on deck 3.

 

"We've stayed in the OV cabins on deck 3 on three separate cruises.  We loved it every single time! It was awesome being so close to so many places we wanted to hang out at... Martini Bar, Cafe al Bacio, World Class Bar, Passport Bar, MDR, etc.  And we never heard noise from outside our cabin at all.  The first time we were in an OV we were further down the hall from the public areas but after seeing how quiet it was we moved to the first couple of cabins down the hall from guest services.  It was incredible... we were less than 100 steps from our table in the MDR!  I would never hesitate to get an OV on deck 3."

 

As far as the closing time for the casino... I don't have much experience in the casino but from what I've read recently I've seen it closing as early as 11pm and as late as "late".  Not sure how to define late.  

 

Have fun on Silhouette in April.  My wife and I will be there in April too for a B2B.

We spent a lot of time in Silhouette's Casino and the Casino Bar during our last cruise (September 2022) and -- at that time -- neither the bar nor the casino was ever crowded, even on Chic Nights.

 

Things might have changed by the time you board, @jargey3000, but based on our last experience, I don't think the casino's patronage/action will keep you up during the wee hours.
